Once you arrive at our office, we will ask you for your insurance information and present an intake form for our records.

We appreciate you arriving 10 minutes prior to your consultation appointment time. 

Treatment

During your first visit, Dr. Kabir will perform a thorough chiropractic examination to diagnose your condition and determine if you are a good candidate for chiropractic care.

If Dr. Kabir determines that chiropractic care is a good fit for you, a treatment plan will be created to best fit your condition.
