With our busy lives, long work days, and poor posture, our spine begins to wear down and begin degenerative processes which creates pain, arthritis, nerve and joint pressure. A series of adjustments helps to prevent and slow arthritis and degeneration and help maintain correct posture.  These corrections help to re-introduce a full range of motion into the affected joints which helps to clear up joint pressure, nerve pressure, inflammation, and pain.

What's that cracking sound?

Within our joints lives small air pockets, during an adjustment, the air pocket is released creating an audible release or a “popping” sound. This sound does not always occur during an adjustment, however when it does, rest assured that this a normal and painless event.
